DMMU Alipurduar Recruitment 2026- The District Mission Management Unit, Alipurduar, West Bengal, from Women SHG Members (NRLM fold) under the Anandadhara Programme of Alipurduar District, invites applications for engagement of 16 (Sixteen) Community Auditors (CA) on a daily honorarium and/or other allowances basis. The last date for submission of the application is 16.02.2026.

Age limit: Minimum 25 years and maximum 40 years as on 01.01.2026.
Salary: As per norms.
Educational Qualification: Passed Higher Secondary/equivalent examination with a Commerce background or a graduate in any stream.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Internet) is desirable.
Other Criteria:
1. The applicant must be a woman and an active member of an active SHG under NRLM for at least two (02) years as on the date of issue of this notice, and must be a resident of Alipurduar District.
2. Must have a valid member code and be entered in NRLM MIS (LokOS).
3. Must have clear knowledge of Bookkeeping and Accounting.
4. Must be willing to learn new skills, acquire knowledge, and be physically fit.
5. Must be willing to work in villages within and outside the district/state, if required.
6. SHG members engaged in any regular paid work under Government/Government-sponsored organizations (ICDS/ASHA/VRP) or NGOs are not eligible.
7. SHG members acting as BOD/OB of Sangha Cooperative/Upasangha/Mahasangha are not
8. SHG members holding any PRI portfolio are not eligible.

Selection Procedure: Candidates will be selected based onthe Written Examination, Computer Test, and Interview.
Training of Community Auditors: Selected Community Auditors will undergo a training programme, including hand-holding support and field visits, before field deployment.
